From 2007 to August 2013, Ms. Grigsby served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for Chesapeake. Ms. Grigsby received a BS degree in Accounting in 1991 from Oklahoma State University and her MBA from Oklahoma City University in 1999.
