He has also served as an independent member of Cantor Clearinghouse Holdings, LLC and Cantor Futures Exchange Holdings, LLC, in each case since August 2016. Mr. Snow also previously served as an independent public director of ELX Futures, L.P. from December 2007 until February 2015, and as a member of the board of directors, audit and compensation committees of GFI from February 2015 to February 2016.
