Mr. McCluski joined Bausch & Lomb in 1988 as Director — Financial Planning and Analysis for the former Personal Products Division. He was named Vice President and Controller for the former Eyewear Division in 1989, and in 1992, he was named President of the company’s former Outlook Eyewear subsidiary. He was named a corporate Vice President and Controller in 1994. He was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1995. Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Mr. McCluski held a variety of positions at Price Waterhouse (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Mr. McCluski is Chair of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of ImmunoGen, Inc. (IMGN).
