Mr. Zaltas received a B.S. degree in Geophysics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an M.S. degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven. He also received a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
