Mr. Rovit is a director of Xpress Retail, PlayPower, Inc. and Brown Jordan International and previously has served as a director of Nellson Nutraceuticals, Inc., Kid Brands Inc., Atkins Nutritional, Inc., Oneida, Ltd., Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and Twin Star International. Mr. Rovit received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
