Joseph M. Holsten serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Holsten has been our Chairman of the Board since November 2011 and was appointed Executive Chairman on March 6, 2017. He joined us in November 1998 as our President and Chief Executive Officer. He was elected to our Board of Directors in February 1999. In November 2010, Mr. Holsten was appointed as Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors. On January 1, 2011, his officer position changed to Co-Chief Executive Officer as part of his transition to retirement. He retired from his officer position in January 2012.
